About us
"Thai Dine has been born out of my love for both cooking, especially Thai food, and enjoying entertaining my friends at home.
I learned Thai Cookery at 'the master' in Chang Mai, Thailand, and have adapted many of the recipes to suit the ingredients readily available to us here in the UK as well as ensuring that they can be easily prepared and cooked at home."
